Outreach
Not every good night is a booking. We set aside part of our calendar for the schools, nonprofits, neighbours and fellow vendors who make up Central Texas — and we would rather be asked than not.
Why We Do This
The same standard, paid or not.
We hold ourselves to a prestige standard and we run on grandma’s values. Everyone gets treated the same way, from the janitor to the CEO. That does not stop being true when the event is a fundraiser instead of a wedding.
So if you are putting something together for your school, your church, your nonprofit or your neighbourhood — ask. The worst we can say is that the date is taken.

Every one of these starts the same way: tell us what you are planning and what you need.
School Sponsorships
Booster clubs, graduation nights, teacher appreciation and school auctions. We sponsor with service and equipment rather than a cheque — and our machines run virgin mixes just as well, so they suit all-ages events.

Photographers, venues, florists, planners and caterers. We keep a short list of people we trust and refer to constantly. If you work Central Texas events and you are good at what you do, we would like to know you.
