Questions
What power does the machine need?
A standard 110V grounded outlet on its own circuit, within 50 feet of where the machine will sit. Two machines need two separate circuits — sharing one will trip the breaker.
How long does it take to freeze?
Plan on 45 to 60 minutes from the first fill to the first pour. We set the machine up early and run the first batch so it is ready when your guests arrive.
How much alcohol do we add?
About one 750ml bottle of tequila per jug of mix. Add it with the first fill — pouring liquor into an already-frozen batch stops it freezing properly. We walk you through it at setup.
Do we have to clean it before pickup?
No. Leave it as it is. Cleaning and sanitizing is on us and it is already in the rental price.
Can we run it non-alcoholic?
Yes, and plenty of our clients do. The same mixes work virgin — popular for showers, graduations and church events.
