Standard Bartender
One TABC-certified bartender for up to four hours — right for showers, birthdays and receptions under 50 guests.
- 1 certified bartender
- Bar tools, shakers & jiggers
- Ice management
- Setup & breakdown
TABC-certified bartenders, a fully stocked bar kit and a cocktail menu built around your event. You buy the alcohol — we bring everything else and run the bar from setup to last call.
Staffing is quoted per bartender, per event. We recommend one bartender for every 50 guests.
Prices are starting points and exclude alcohol, sales tax and travel beyond 30 miles of Austin. Add what interests you to build an estimate, then send it over for a written quote.
No hidden line items. These come standard on every bartending package we send out.
No. Texas licensing makes dry-hire the standard for mobile bars — you purchase the alcohol and we provide the certified staff and everything else. We send an exact shopping list based on your final headcount so you buy the right amount.
One bartender per 50 guests keeps lines short. For a full open bar with a heavy cocktail menu, we suggest one per 40. We will tell you honestly if you are over-staffing.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We bring the bar, tables, tubs and power strips — you provide a level spot and an outlet if we are running frozen drinks.
We break down the bar, bag the trash, haul out our equipment and leave the space as we found it. Venue-wide cleanup is not included unless you ask us to quote it.
Tell us what you're planning and we'll come back within 24 hours with availability and a written quote. No deposit required to ask.
