Good to Know

Questions

How much space does a backdrop need?

A standard 8×8 needs about 10 feet of clear width and 9 feet of ceiling. Balloon garlands can be scaled to nearly any wall — send us a photo of the space and we will tell you what fits.

Can you match our exact colors?

Yes. Send a swatch, a hex code or an inspiration photo. We confirm the palette with you before we build, not on the day.

Do balloon garlands last outdoors?

In Central Texas heat, latex balloons will expand and can pop in direct afternoon sun. For outdoor daytime events we recommend shaded placement or a fabric backdrop instead, and we will say so up front.

When do you take everything down?

Same night after your event ends, or the next morning if your venue allows it. Either way it is included — there is no separate takedown fee.
